Shipping

Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 2:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed during regular business days are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped within 2-5 business days . Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All domestic shipping within the contiguous U.S. will be charged a flat rate of $20.

Tracking Your Order

Orders are shipped via Fedex using a trackable service. For a delivery update, please log on to the relevant carrier’s website and enter the tracking reference provided in the confirmation email.

Exquisite By Nature orders require a signature on receipt. If nobody is available to sign, your order will be returned to the carrier’s local depot and instructions will be left regarding redelivery.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to amend or cancel a placed order.
We can not ship to BFPO, PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses.

US Sales Tax

Please note that we collect sales tax for the following states: Georgia, Massachusetts, California, Illinois, Texas, Nevada, Florida, New York, New Jersey

Import Duties

All shipments outside the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We are unable to advise on the rates, as they vary according to country.

Returns / Exchange

Exquisite By Nature is committed to delivering beautiful products and great service every time you shop with us.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date . Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. For hygienic reasons ensure that briefs or swimwear are tried on over your own lingerie. We will not accept returns on lingerie or swimwear that has been damaged or worn.
Indicate the reason for return and whether you need a size exchange or a refund.
Refunds will be credited only to the original credit card that was used.
We are only able to accept merchandise purchased from Exquisite By Nature’s website
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we recommend you send your return packages using a recorded delivery method and those shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that we only offer size/color exchanges.
If the chosen substitute size/color is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund.
For alternative items, a new order must be placed.

All sale merchandise are final and are not eligible for a refund.
All international purchases are final sale.
